- fixed access violation bug raised during setting-up the 'Protected mode'

  If user not enter this information, project is not loaded
- modified showing warning window before approaching end of life of the ZIF socket in programming socket 
  adapter. The warning window is forcedly displayed 15 seconds at least (in the foreground of the all 
  displayed windows) and  has to be confirmed by password if PG4UW SW is set in protected mode
